Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at مجتمع المدينة لرأس المال البشري MHCC is a full time, on-site role based in Repalle. The coordinator manages the daily operations of the volunteer program, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting volunteers across various initiatives. This role designs and delivers training sessions, provides ongoing guidance, and ensures volunteers have the resources they need to contribute effectively. The coordinator builds strong relationships with community partners, organizes outreach activities, and maintains accurate records of volunteer participation and impact. The role also involves monitoring program performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management skills, including experience in coordinating, scheduling, and supervising volunteers.
Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Training,



with the ability to design and deliver effective orientation and skill-building sessions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage volunteers, staff, and community stakeholders respectfully and effectively.
Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach, including building partnerships, organizing events, and promoting volunteer opportunities.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in social work, nonprofit management, human resources, or a related field are beneficial.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for scheduling, data entry, and communication.
Prior experience in a volunteer coordination, community engagement, or nonprofit setting is preferred.
