Role:

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve conversions, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies based on business and enrollment targets.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Design, and Content teams to improve lead conversion.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.




Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new campaign opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing tools, trends, and platform changes.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking tools.
Good understanding of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant Performance Marketing experience, preferably in EdTech.
