We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead to own and drive our consumer (B2C) sales engine, build high-value partnerships, and lead a team of empathetic, values-driven salespeople. This is a key role for someone who can combine strong business ownership with people leadership, and who believes that sustainable growth and integrity aren’t mutually exclusive.

You Should Be/Have -
- 10+ years of overall experience in B2C sales, with at least 4+ years in a sales management/leadership role
- A strong sense of ownership over business goals — someone who treats targets as their own, not just numbers assigned to them
- Proven ability to build and nurture partnerships that translate into consistent,
