Role Description The Backup Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity and availability across the organization and client environments. Daily activities include configuring backup solutions, performing scheduled backups and restores,



troubleshooting backup failures, and optimizing backup policies in line with business and compliance requirements. The Backup Administrator will provide technical support to internal teams and clients, document procedures and incidents, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to improve data protection strategies. The role also involves proactive capacity planning, health checks, and participation in audits and disaster recovery tests.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Backup Solutions and Backup & Recovery Systems, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent backup-related issues.
