Role Description The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations during assigned shifts in an on-site environment located in Delhi. This full time role includes overseeing staff allocation, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production or service targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Shift Manager coordinates shift schedules, conducts briefings,



and supports team members with explicit instructions and timely feedback.
