Role: Embedded Engineer (RTOS Validation & Automation)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in RTOS Kernel Validation, Test Automation, and CI/CD execution. The role involves developing, executing, and automating validation test cases using C (90%) and Python (70–80%), with a focus on RTOS platforms and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and automate validation test cases for RTOS kernels.
Validate core RTOS components: IPC, synchronization mechanisms, interrupt handling, timers, and power management.
Build and maintain test frameworks, automation infrastructure, regression suites, and CI-based test execution.
Debug and analyze kernel traces, logs, crash dumps, and perform root cause identification.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust validation coverage.
Required Skills & Experience
Robust expertise in RTOS kernel validation and automation.
Proficiency in C (90%) and Python (70–80%) for test development.
Hands-on experience with RTOS platforms: Zephyr, QNX, VxWorks, or similar.
Solid understanding of Embedded Systems, BSPs, Bootloaders, Device Drivers, ARM Architecture, Embedded Linux, and Multi-core Systems.
Familiarity with collaboration tools: Git, Perforce, Gerrit/Code Collab, JIRA.
Strong debugging skills with kernel-level analysis.
Advantage: Experience in Zephyr RTOS and CI/CD test automation.
