Job Summary:
MNR University is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to manage and strengthen the university's human resources function. The role will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding of faculty and non-teaching staff, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty, administrative, technical, and support staff.
Coordinate faculty recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
Develop manpower plans in coordination with academic and administrative departments.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation,



and HRMS processes.
Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, deductions, and employee compensation-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and university policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee-related procedures.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Identify training and development requirements for faculty and staff.
Organize employee engagement, welfare, and team-building initiatives.
Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, recruitment status, and other reports for management.
Support internal audits, inspections, accreditation-related documentation, and institutional compliance requirements.
Work closely with the Registrar, Deans, Heads of Departments, and administrative departments on HR matters.
