Role Description The Academic Counsellor (full-time, on-site, Baner, Pune) will guide students and families in selecting appropriate courses and exam preparation paths based on academic goals, interests, and performance. The role includes conducting counselling sessions,



explaining Motion’s programs and learning ecosystem, and helping learners understand exam patterns, timelines, and preparation strategies. The Academic Counsellor will monitor student progress, coordinate with teaching and mentoring teams, and recommend additional support such as doubt-clearing sessions or remedial plans when needed. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records, handling student and parent queries, supporting admission and enrollment processes, and participating in outreach or orientation activities. The position requires close collaboration with center staff to ensure a supportive, structured learning environment for every student.
