We’re seeking a talented Video Editor to transform medical insights, patient journeys, and clinic experiences into polished, emotionally resonant, and platform-optimized video content that connects with diverse audiences across social, web, and in-clinic channels.

Role & Responsibilities

Edit raw footage from patient testimonials, doctor interviews, procedure explainers, and clinic events into high-impact, brand-aligned videos for Instagram, YouTube, website, and in-clinic screens.
Synthesize complex medical concepts into digestible, visually engaging narratives using motion graphics, b-roll, text overlays, and voiceovers.
Collaborate with marketing, medical, and design teams to align video tone, pacing, and messaging with clinical accuracy and brand guidelines.
Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow—color grading, audio mixing, subtitle syncing,



file export, and platform optimization—for multi-channel delivery.
Archive and organize media assets, maintain version control, and deliver files according to platform specs and campaign timelines.
Stay current with social video trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) and adapt editing style to maximize reach and engagement metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro
Canva (for quick social edits)
Knowledge of video SEO metadata and platform-specific aspect ratios
Understanding of HIPAA-compliant content handling (patient privacy in video editing)
Experience editing medical or healthcare content (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics animation
Basic audio editing (Audition or similar)
Familiarity with telehealth or patient education video formats
