Role Description The Lead Costing and Management Information Systems role is a full-time, in office position based in Gandhidham. This role oversees product costing, variance analysis,



and cost control across the integrated steel plant, ensuring accurate and timely cost data for decision-making. The individual designs, maintains, and improves MIS dashboards and reports for operations, finance, and leadership, consolidating data from production, procurement, and sales. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, validating data integrity, analyzing trends, and recommending cost optimization initiatives. The role collaborates closely with finance, production, supply chain, and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while driving process improvements in costing and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Strong experience in cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis within manufacturing or heavy industry.
Proficiency in Management Information Systems, including report design, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
