VelivoHR is looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong SEO/AEO expertise who can own client relationships end-to-end, from pre-sales pitches and product demos through to steady-state account growth.

Responsibilities
SEO/AEO Expertise
Bring hands-on understanding of SEO fundamentals and the emerging AEO/GEO landscape (brand visibility across AI assistants and answer engines)
Stay current on how tools like Semrush and AI-search tracking platforms feed into client strategy and reporting
Translate audit/tracking findings into client-ready insights and recommendations
Pre-Sales & Pitch
Lead pitch development and client-facing presentations for new business opportunities
Partner with Leadership on solutioning and proposal creation for recent engagements
Represent in first meetings with prospective clients, translating their brand/marketing challenges into a compelling narrative for our solutions
Product Demos
Run confident, consultative demos of in-house products to CMOs, CXOs, and marketing/digital heads
Handle technical and strategic questions live,



looping in delivery/technology teams where needed
Account Management
Own a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship management
Track account health, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across SEO/AEO and technology services
Coordinate internally with delivery, content, and technology teams to ensure client deliverables and SLAs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in SEO, and familiarity with (or strong interest in) AEO/GEO concepts
5–8 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role - agency or digital consulting background preferred
Proven pre-sales exposure: pitch decks, proposal support, and presenting to senior client stakeholders
Comfortable leading product demos and translating technical capability into business value
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneo
