Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Pune City. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their real estate and mortgage needs,



and offer tailored solutions from Square Yards’ portfolio of properties and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting property options, coordinating site visits, managing negotiations, and supporting customers through the complete transaction process. The role involves maintaining consistent communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as developers and agents. The Sales Consultant will also track leads, update CRM systems, and work toward individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
