Role Description The Closing Manager, Presales & Sourcing Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role oversees the end-to-end presales process, including responding to inquiries, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective buyers. The position is responsible for managing closing activities,



negotiating terms, preparing documentation, and collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. The manager will also handle sourcing of leads and channel partners, build and maintain relationships with brokers and other stakeholders, and monitor market trends to support pricing and sales strategies. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing for campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to optimize customer experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Strong presales and closing capabilities, including client engagement, proposal support, negotiation, and deal finalization.
Experience in sourcing and managing channel partners, brokers, and lead-generation networks within real estate or related industries.
