Role Description The Senior Pricing Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for transportation and logistics services, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining healthy margins. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market rates, customer demand, and operational costs; preparing and reviewing quotations and rate cards; and monitoring pricing performance across key accounts and routes.



The Senior Pricing Manager collaborates closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to support bids and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain pricing governance. The role also involves creating pricing models, tracking profitability, identifying opportunities for optimization, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including experience with pricing analysis, cost modeling, and margin optimization.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and business analytics tools; comfort working with large data sets and generating clear reports and dashboards.
Solid understanding of transportation, trucking, logistics, or related domains, including freight rate structures and operational cost drivers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and finance teams.
