We are looking for a Python QA / Automation Lead to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python
Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
Develop automation strategies and testing methodologies
Analyze automation failures and improve test coverage
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
Lead a small team and drive quality initiatives




Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality improvements

Requirements
6-8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in automation testing
Strong expertise in Python, Selenium, Pytest, and Appium
Experience with Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks
Team leadership experience preferred
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to collaborate with global teams and attend occasional night meetings
