Role Description The Hotel Management Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training sessions in hospitality and hotel management, following the academy’s curriculum and learning outcomes. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves planning lessons, preparing training materials, conducting assessments,



and providing constructive feedback to learners. The trainer will demonstrate hotel operations standards, including front office procedures, housekeeping basics, food and beverage service, customer service excellence, and qualified grooming. Responsibilities include mentoring students on workplace readiness, supporting interview and internship preparation, and maintaining high training quality and discipline in the learning environment. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty members and management to continuously improve course content and align training with current industry practices.
