About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employees professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries.
Payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data.
Coordinate with employees regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related concerns.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS/HRMS data.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.




Assist with statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements.
Support other HR and administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
