Job description:
Rational Engineers Ltd is a leading manufacturing company with operations at the Vadodara Greenfield Plant. The Dispatch Department plays a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining statutory compliance and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders
Coordinate with production, stores, and transporters for timely dispatch
Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E‑way Bill, LR, etc.)
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel tracker
Track vehicle movement and ensure on‑time delivery
Handle transporter bills and verify freight charges




Liaise with customers for dispatch confirmation and delivery status
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, E‑way Bill, etc.)
Support audit requirements with dispatch documentation
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in manufacturing industry
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
Familiarity with transport operations and statutory compliance
Strong coordination and communication skills
