Role Description This full-time Sales Executive role is based in Ahmedabad in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site client meetings and office collaboration. The Sales Executive will actively prospect and follow up with leads, conduct property showings, and present suitable residential and commercial options aligned with clients’ needs and budgets.



Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through the complete transaction process, including documentation and coordination with finance or home loan partners. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to meet revenue targets. The Sales Executive will also represent Urban Realtor at site visits, local events, and client interactions to strengthen brand visibility and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful property transactions.
Client relationship management and customer service skills, including active listening and a consultative approach.
