We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive – Surgical Products to strengthen our surgical business across Maharashtra.
The Chance
You will be responsible for driving territory growth while developing trusted relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
Your role will include:
• Driving sales and territory development
• Managing key customer relationships and clinical engagements
• Conducting product demonstrations and clinical presentations
• Identifying new business opportunities and market potential
• Supporting conferences, exhibitions, and clinical meetings
• Providing market intelligence and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Delivering results with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and patient focus
Who We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in medical devices, surgical products, or capital equipment
• B.Sc. / B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanical, Pharmaceutical Science, or related disciplines
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
• Marathi/Hindi proficiency will be an advantage.
• Valid driving license preferred
