Role Overview

The Incubation & Entrepreneurship Manager will identify, nurture, and support early-stage innovators and community enterprises. The role requires some field engagement and hands-on support to help first-generation entrepreneurs move from idea to pilot, enterprise creation, and market linkage.

Key Responsibilities

Community Innovation & Incubation
Identify grassroots innovations and enterprise opportunities.
Support problem validation, solution design, prototyping, and pilot implementation.
Design and execute pre-incubation and incubation programs.




Provide one-on-one mentoring to first-time entrepreneurs.
Program Design & Execution
Plan bootcamps, ideathons, hackathons, mentoring programs, workshops, and demo days.
Coordinate technical, business, financial, and regulatory experts.
Track progress through milestones and documentation.
Ecosystem & Market Linkages
Build partnerships with MSMEs, FPOs, CSR partners and government agencies.
Support access to grants, schemes, pilots, customers, and funding opportunities.
Facilitate mentor and expert networks.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain incubation records and impact metrics.
Support reporting requirements for stakeholders including AIM/NITI Aayog.
Ensure alignment with ACIC objectives and guidelines.
Expected Outcomes in the First 12 Months
Build a strong pipeline of grassroots innovators and entrepreneurs.
Launch and manage incubation/pre-incubation cohorts.
Support creation and growth of community enterprises and start
