Beverage Trade Network is looking for a Data Sourcing and CRM Executive to research companies and professionals, source accurate business contact information, and maintain high-quality data in our CRM.

This is a data-focused role requiring strong internet research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with lead-generation and database tools.

Key Responsibilities

Research companies and relevant decision-makers across the USA, UK and international markets.
Source business data from company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, trade associations and online databases.
Use tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo and other data-sourcing platforms.
Identify contacts based on job title, industry, company type, location and other targeting criteria.
Find and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles and company information.
Add new leads, companies and contacts accurately into the CRM.
Update, clean, categorize and maintain existing CRM records.




Remove duplicate or incomplete records and improve overall database quality.
Segment data for email, telesales and business-development campaigns.
Follow defined formats and quality standards while entering data.
Maintain daily and weekly reports on records researched, verified and uploaded.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their data requirements.

Required Skills

Strong internet research and data-sourcing skills.
Good written English and ability to understand international company websites.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM and data tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and email-verification platforms.
Ability to understand job titles, company structures and decision-maker roles.
Good time management and ability to meet daily data targets.
Basic understanding of data privacy and responsible handling of business information.
