Role Description The Sales Officer role at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK is a full-time, on-site position based in Barasat. The Sales Officer will cultivate new and existing customer relationships, explain banking products and services, and support customers throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing assigned sales targets, coordinating with channel partners,



and handling sales operations activities such as documentation and follow-up. The role also involves providing attentive customer service, resolving queries, and working closely with branch and regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent business growth.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
Proven capability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations.
Experience in Channel Sales and building partnerships.
Basic understanding of retail banking products and local market dynamics.
Ability to meet targets, work with defined processes, and maintain accurate records.
Comfort working in office in Barasat and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, with prior experience in banking or financial services sales.
