Job Summary
The Project Manager – Design & Development is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end projects across the Software Design & Development and Clinical departments. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and aligned with business objectives by working closely with developers, designers, clinical teams, leadership, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and driving seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end projects across the Design & Development
Responsible in task completion, deadlines of the team members (Software, Design & Clinical Department)
Review team members’ tasks and provide guidance to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.
Responsible for team efficiency and project deliverables
Responsible for task planning and scheduling
Responsible for project tracking, tasks, and internal initiatives to ensure timely execution
Assist in business analysis, including data collection, interpretation, and reporting
