We are looking for a Senior Associate - Digital Marketing to drive and scale our B2C acquisition engine.
What you'll do
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital channels.
Own campaign performance against CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversions and acquisition targets.
Plan budgets, audiences, targeting and campaign structures to drive efficient growth.
Analyse campaign and consumer data to identify opportunities for better performance and scale.
Lead creative, audience and messaging testing to improve CTR, conversion and acquisition efficiency.
Work with Content and Design teams to develop and iterate high-performing performance creatives and UGC.
Optimise landing pages and conversion journeys in collaboration with Product and other teams.




Track the consumer funnel from acquisition → activation → conversion and identify key drop-offs.
Explore new digital channels, audiences and acquisition opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Content and Design teams to improve overall marketing performance
What we're looking for
3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / User Acquisition.
Prior experience in a B2C / consumer-facing business is important.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV and attribution.
Experience with campaign optimisation, audience segmentation and A/B testing.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Ability to independently manage campaigns from planning → execution → optimisation → reporting.
Robust understanding of digital consumer behaviour and acquisition funnels.
Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, D2C, mobile apps or subscription businesses would be a plus.
