About the role

Optiminastic is a tech-driven digital marketing partner delivering strategy, creative, growth marketing, and analytics across India, the UK, and Singapore. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating visually engaging animations, graphics, and video content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, experiment, and refine their craft in motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and marketers to develop motion concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives.
Brainstorm and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content.
Work on 2D animations, typography-based graphics, and basic visual effects.
Adapt static designs into energetic formats for social media, websites, and presentations.
Edit raw video footage, add motion graphics,



and optimize content for multiple formats and platforms.
Enhance videos with sound design, transitions, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.
Ensure all motion assets adhere to brand guidelines.
Maintain a consistent visual language across different media channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, tech) to understand project requirements.
Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively while maintaining creative quality.

What we're looking for

0–1 year of relevant professional or internship experience in motion design, animation, or video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, XD, Figma, audition is a plus).
Understanding of key motion principles: timing, easing, composition, and storytelling.
Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
