About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Ads Specialist who understands that great advertising isn't just about launching campaigns — it's about creating measurable business impact. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and growth teams to build high-performing ad campaigns across both B2C and B2B SaaS channels, while maximizing the ROI of every creative asset.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms — tailored to both B2C and B2B SaaS audiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and campaign messaging suited to different buyer journeys.
Drive creative testing strategies through continuous A/B testing of copy, visuals, CTAs,



formats, and audience segments.
Measure and improve creative ROI by analyzing engagement, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets to maximize marketing ROI.
Build dashboards and generate actionable reports for marketing leadership.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness, especially for B2B pipeline generation.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify current growth opportunities across both consumer and business segments.
Manage remarketing campaigns and full-funnel advertising strategies for both short-cycle B2C purchases and longer B2B sales cycles.
Work with marketing automation and CRM platforms to improve attribution and campaign tracking.
