We manage all categories of industrial scrap — textile waste, paper, plastic, metal, e-waste, and more — through a network of certified, PCB-consented recyclers.

Our model combines dedicated in office coordination, scheduled logistics, and a digital platform that provides real-time traceability from pickup to end recycling. Quarterly recycling certificates are issued for all applicable categories to support ESG reporting and compliance requirements.

Role Description To drive business growth for the waste management company by identifying new customers, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships,



and converting opportunities into sustainable and profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs), corporates, retail, warehouses, residential communities, institutions, and industrial clients.
Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, meetings, tenders, and industry relationships.
Understand client requirements and prepare commercial proposals, service plans, and presentations in coordination with operations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility managers, procurement teams, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable, operationally feasible, and compliant.
