Role Description The Dispatch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations. The role includes planning and scheduling shipments, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers and partners. The Dispatch Supervisor monitors documentation and compliance requirements, maintains accurate records of shipments,



and resolves any delays or issues in the dispatch process. The position involves supervising dispatch staff, optimizing routes and loading plans, and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders and customers regarding shipment status. The supervisor is expected to maintain safety and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement in dispatch efficiency and customer satisfaction.
