Job Description:
We are looking for a Management Trainee who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and willing to learn. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to various business functions such as HR, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Operations while working closely with experienced team members and management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist teams with day-to-day business and operational activities.
Support HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales initiatives as assigned.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Assist with lead generation, customer coordination, and follow-ups.
Support recruitment activities such as candidate coordination and interview scheduling when required.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, MIS, and business documentation.
Analyze business information and provide basic insights to the team.




Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Participate in training programs, meetings, presentations, and business projects.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines.
Learn company policies, products/services, processes, and business strategies.
Demonstrate initiative and gradually take responsibility for projects and team activities.
Required Skills
