ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Full-Time LinkedIn Strategist
Location: On-site, Park Street, Kolkata
Timings: Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: Work From Home (10:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Laptop: You must carry your own laptop.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop LinkedIn strategy and content roadmaps for client personal brands and company pages, aligned with each client's positioning and business goals.
Plan content pillars and calendars, and guide the team on messaging, tone, and format choices.
Oversee LinkedIn posts, carousels, and articles to ensure they reflect the client's voice and strategic direction.
Track performance metrics, analyze what's working, and turn insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, platform trends, and best practices, and translate them into strategy shifts.
Guide engagement and network-building efforts to strengthen client visibility and thought leadership.




Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to execute the strategy effectively.
Present strategy and performance updates to clients as needed.
