Role Overview

The Shift Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day D2C fulfilment
operations for Pluckk’s FMCG portfolio in Delhi, covering frozen and ambient
products. The role will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL
fulfilment, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate customer
deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs.
* Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and order cancellations.
* Coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Manage fulfilment through third-party logistics partners.
* Ensure timely fulfilment of Delhi and applicable pan-India orders.
* Track pending orders, delivery exceptions, cancellations, and operational
issues.
* Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse,



customer service, and logistics
teams.
* Maintain daily inventory, order fulfilment, and dispatch reports.
* Support F&V; operations when the category is restarted in Delhi.
* Ensure adherence to defined operational SOPs and service-level expectations.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or
fulfilment operations.
* Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment.
* Comfortable working with Excel, order management systems, and operational
reports.
* Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts and take end-to-end operational
ownership.
