What does a Junior Recruiter do at WPP Production?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Junior Recruiter based in Hyderabad (HYD) to provide operational and administrative support to our California (CA) Talent Acquisition team. This role is approximately 80% administrative/coordination-focused - covering offer management, background verification (BGV), and broader TA administrative support - with the remaining time spent supporting recruiting activities as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build a strong foundation in TA operations, process, and compliance, while getting hands-on exposure
