Product Pursuit is a Product & Growth Studio that designs, builds and operates intelligent growth engines across technology, AI, product, marketing and strategy.

We are now looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to take ownership of one of the most important things a company can have:

Revenue.
We're not looking for someone who wants to "work in sales."
We're looking for someone who wants to build a sales function, close serious deals, create relationships, enter markets and directly drive the growth of the company.

THE ROLE
As CSO, you will work directly with the leadership of Product Pursuit to build and execute our commercial growth strategy.
Your job is easy to define:
Create revenue. Build relationships. Close deals. Build the pipeline. Make Product Pursuit commercially stronger.




You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating proposals and commercial discussions, and driving deals from first conversation through closure.
This is a high-stakes, high-ownership role.
You will not be handed a perfect sales machine and asked to operate it.
You will help build the machine.

WHAT YOU WILL OWNRevenue Growth
Own the sales and revenue function at Product Pursuit.
Build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline.
Identify high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Drive deals from prospecting to negotiation to closure.
Develop strategies to increase deal size and customer lifetime value.
Establish repeatable sales processes and revenue forecasting.
