We're hiring a Marketing & Growth person at Ozmi
Ozmi is a dental clinic management software built for India. We help clinics manage appointments, billing, patient records, and staff scheduling in one place. The product is live, the team is small, and we need someone to own distribution.
What you'll actually do:
Run WhatsApp outreach campaigns to dental clinic owners in Delhi and nearby cities
Manage our Meta ads (Instagram + Facebook) and optimize for demo bookings
Create content for Instagram and LinkedIn
Follow up with demo leads and hand off warm prospects to the founders
Track what's working and double down on it
Who this is for:
You've done at least 1 year of hands-on B2B or SaaS marketing. You've built a lead pipeline from scratch, sent cold messages, or run ads with a real goal attached. You're not looking for a coordinator role.
