PURCHASE EXECUTIVE | COMMERCIAL INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Location: Kundalahalli Gate, Varthur Main Road, Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: upto ₹40,000/month

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the Interior / Construction / Fit-Out industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage local purchase and procurement activities
• Source materials, negotiate rates and coordinate timely deliveries
• Develop and maintain vendor & contractor relationships
• Verify vendor bills, invoices and supporting documents
• Handle purchase-related billing, reconciliation and payment follow-ups
• Maintain purchase and vendor records
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors and Pune Head Office
• Prepare purchase and vendor status reports

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience
• Interior / Construction / Fit-Out experience mandatory
• Good knowledge of Bangalore’s local vendor market
• Strong vendor development and negotiation skills
• Positive communication and follow-up skills
• MS Excel / accounting software knowledge preferred
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
