Role Description The Scientist Formulation Development role is a full time, on-site position based in Mysore. This role involves designing, developing,



and optimizing formulations for food products, personal care, home care and air care products aligned with performance, safety, and regulatory standards-FSSAI-D&C.; The scientist will plan and execute laboratory experiments, conduct stability and compatibility studies, and document all findings in a clear, structured manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to scale formulations from lab to production, supporting validation and technology transfer, and troubleshooting formulation or process-related issues. The role also includes analyzing experimental data, maintaining laboratory records, ensuring compliance with GMP, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and sustainability.
