Role Description The Head of Growth is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sustainable customer and revenue growth across all channels. This role includes designing and executing growth strategies, leading acquisition campaigns, and optimizing funnels from awareness through conversion and retention. The Head of Growth will collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to refine value propositions, test new initiatives, and build data-informed experiments.



Daily activities include analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, identifying new market opportunities, and guiding cross-functional projects to scale The Gut Lab’s reach. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving processes, and ensuring that all growth initiatives align with the organization’s mission and ethical standards in health and wellness.
Qualifications
Growth-focused marketing capabilities, including Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience in designing and running data-driven experiments.
Customer Acquisition skills, with a track record of scaling user bases through digital and offline channels.
Sales expertise to convert leads into customers and optimize sales processes for health-related services.
