Company Description Dil Foods, through its Dil Brands vertical, creates and operates virtual food brands designed to serve the daily meal needs of people across India. By partnering with small and medium-sized restaurants, Dil Brands helps them improve utilization of their existing kitchen assets and resources. This model enables restaurant partners to expand their customer reach and revenue without significant additional investment.

This is not your run-of-the-mill food role.
We're building new food brands and cuisines from scratch and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves food, loves trying new cuisines, and wants to help conceptualize the next brand before it exists.
If you've trained at IHM, come from a food-tech background, or have hands-on experience across Indian, Continental, or Asian kitchens and you're structured, process-driven, and detail-obsessed as much as you're creative - this is that role.
You'll work closely with our category head to spot gaps in the market, help conceptualize menus for new brands,



and make sure everything behind the scenes - from recipe details to product shoots to vendor samples runs without anything falling through the cracks.
What you'll be doing:
● Helping identify new brand and cuisine opportunities, and conceptualizing menus from the ground up
● Tagging every recipe accurately and consistently - ingredients, allergens, cuisine, and category so the menu stays clean and reliable as it scales
● Coordinating product shoots end to end- from planning and scheduling to being on-set to make sure every dish is captured right
● Tracking all product trials from kitchen to launch, so nothing gets lost in the process
● Coordinating with vendors to source recent samples and managing that relationship over time
● Analyzing customer behavior, pricing, assortment, demand, and competition
● Supporting the launch, optimization, and retirement of products based on performance
