HowNWhy Education is looking for a passionate AI & STEM Trainer to join our team in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
If you enjoy working with students and are excited about AI, Robotics, Coding, Electronics and emerging technologies, this could be a great opportunity to build your career in STEM education.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM and technology sessions for school students
• Teach concepts related to AI, Robotics, Coding, Electronics and IoT
• Guide students through projects, experiments and innovation activities
• Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions and presentations
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations
• Coordinate with schools, teachers and students
• Maintain session records and student progress reports
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Robotics or a related field
• Robust interest in AI, STEM, Robotics and emerging technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, student-friendly way
• Good classroom management and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with knowledge of Python, Arduino, AI tools, robotics or electronics will have an advantage
• Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply
• Willingness to travel to schools when required

? Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA, based on skills and experience
