Platform Developer
NAEHAS Platform Developer -
Design, configure, and enhance solutions on the Naehas platform to support marketing offer, campaign, and content management capabilities.
Configure and maintain Business Objects (BOs), attributes, relationships, workflows, business rules, and platform configurations based on solution designs.
Develop and maintain TrustBridge workflows to integrate Naehas with internal and external enterprise systems.
Build and troubleshoot REST API integrations, including request/response mapping, authentication, error handling, and payload transformations.
Develop JavaScript-based scripts and transformation logic required for TrustBridge workflows and platform functionality.
Perform unit and integration testing, validate configurations and API payloads, and resolve defects identified during SIT/UAT.
Support configuration migration and deployments across development, test, and production environments, including post-deployment validation.




Investigate and resolve Naehas configuration, TrustBridge, API, data, and production issues, performing root-cause analysis and escalating complex issues to the technical lead as needed.
Develop reusable configurations and integration components by following established Naehas engineering standards and design patterns.
Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, code/configuration reviews, daily stand-ups, and other Agile delivery activities.
Work closely with the Naehas technical lead, Solution Architects, Product, QA, and downstream engineering teams to deliver assigned features within committed timelines.
Maintain technical documentation for Business Objects, TrustBridge workflows, integrations, configurations, and operational procedures to support ongoing development and production support.
