Zorin is an Indian furniture and interiors company focused on delivering well-designed, durable and value-for-money furniture for modern homes, offices and commercial spaces.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our paid digital acquisition across Google and Meta and help us generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality enquiries.

Role:
This is a hands-on performance marketing role.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and revenue.
You will work closely with the sales and business teams to understand which leads are converting and continuously improve our marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Develop campaigns for lead generation, enquiries and customer acquisition.
Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns as relevant.




Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
Develop and test different ad creatives, messaging, offers and audiences.
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and CAC.
Track the quality of leads generated and not just the number of leads.
Work with the sales team to understand lead-to-customer conversion.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend toward the best-performing campaigns.
Work with designers/content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
Coordinate with the website/tech team on landing pages, pixels and conversion tracking.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion events.
Build weekly/monthly performance reports with transparent insights and recommendations.
