Role Description The Teacher will deliver classroom instruction, facilitate learning activities, and assess student progress across assigned subjects. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing teaching materials, and maintaining an engaging, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. The role involves evaluating assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students’ individual learning needs. The Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents or guardians when needed,



and contribute to school events or academic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons and supporting diverse learners.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design, organize, and adapt instructional materials.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Training skills, enabling them to guide, mentor, and support students in both academic and developmental areas.
Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent) are preferred.
Prior classroom teaching experience, familiarity with local curricula, and the ability to use basic educational technology tools are beneficial.
