We’re Hiring: Strategic Communications & Content Lead

Location: Panipat / Delhi NCR
Work Mode: Hybrid, with regular presence in Panipat
Experience: 3–6 years
Compensation: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on experience

We are looking for a Strategic Communications & Content Lead to build and manage the communication ecosystem of three interconnected platforms:

Aadi Sustainability Solutions - a circular textile and denim manufacturing company
Global Alliance for Textiles Sustainability Council (GATS) - an industry platform working on textile sustainability, circularity, policy, MSME development and partnerships
Parvinder Kadyan’s personal platform - focused on entrepreneurship, manufacturing, sustainability, India’s development, youth leadership and People, Planet & Progress

This is not a routine social-media posting role.

We are looking for someone who can understand complex ideas, interview founders and industry leaders, develop narratives, write with clarity and convert organisational work into credible and engaging communication.

Key Responsibilities




Develop separate communication strategies and editorial calendars for Aadi, GATS and Parvinder Kadyan
Work directly with the founder to extract ideas, experiences, opinions and stories
Write LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, video scripts, reports and campaign copy
Plan and manage weekly content production* Coordinate video editors, designers, interns and external partners
Document factory developments, programmes, events, partnerships and impact stories
Build recurring content properties, interviews, podcasts and knowledge series
Manage publishing, content approvals and platform consistency
Support media outreach, speaking opportunities and institutional communication
Track content performance and improve strategy based on meaningful outcomes
