We are looking for local, energetic and responsible candidates to join our field team for a community-focused development programme in Himachal Pradesh.

1: Shimla,
2: Kinnaur,
3: Dharamshala.

? Position: Field Coordinator / Programme Coordinator
? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
? Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

? Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

This role is particularly suitable for someone who knows the local area well and enjoys working with people in Himachal.

We are especially looking for candidates who have:

• Good knowledge of the local geography, villages and surrounding areas
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to interact with local communities and stakeholders
• Good coordination and team-handling/leadership skills
• A willingness to travel for field work
• A responsible and organised approach towards daily activities




• The ability to build good relationships with Panchayats, schools, community representatives and local groups

What will you do?

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating programme activities at the field level.

Your work may include community mobilisation, coordinating with local volunteers, train volunteers, organising awareness sessions and meetings, visiting villages, maintaining field records, supervisioning Volunteer and Trainers, and regularly updating the project team about progress and challenges.

You will also work closely with local stakeholders and help ensure that programme activities reach the intended communities effectively.
