? Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
Promote BESTKAAM’s AI-powered recruitment & job portal solutions to companies and HR professionals.
Identify prospects, understand their recruitment requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records in the CRM/data sheet.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

? Required Skills
Excellent cold calling and communication skills.
Strong convincing,



negotiation and sales abilities.
Good spoken English; Tamil/Hindi will be an advantage.
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, recruitment sales or SaaS sales is preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.
