Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and generate high-quality traffic for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page optimization, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and client goals
Conduct keyword research based on search intent, competition, and trends
Identify growth opportunities across content, technical SEO, and backlinks
2. On-Page Optimization
Optimize website pages including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with target keywords
Work closely with content and design teams to improve page performance
3. Technical SEO
Perform regular website audits to identify and fix issues (crawl errors, site speed, indexing, etc.)
Optimize website structure, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals




Ensure proper implementation of schema markup and XML sitemaps
4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
Manage outreach for backlinks, collaborations, and guest blogging
Monitor backlink profile and remove harmful links
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Analyze competitor performance and market trends
6. Content & Collaboration
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and website content
Suggest content topics based on keyword gaps and search trends
Work with developers to implement SEO recommendations
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
Robust understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Hands-on experience with
