Role Purpose
The BH will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of the organisation with ownership of P&L;, Operations, Sales, Business Development and Growth. The role requires a strategic and hands-on business leader who can build scalable operations, strengthen the sales organisation, improve profitability, and accelerate growth in the medical device business.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L; and Business Management
Own the overall P&L; and deliver revenue, profitability, cash flow and growth targets.
Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets and growth strategies.
Monitor business performance through key financial and operational KPIs and take corrective actions.
Drive cost optimisation, productivity and operational efficiency.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Lead the overall sales and business development strategy across hospitals, institutions, distributors, government and other relevant channels.
Develop new markets,



geographies, products and business opportunities.
Strengthen distributor/channel networks and strategic customer relationships.
Build a high-performance sales organisation with explicit targets, accountability and performance metrics.
Identify emerging market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
3. Operations
Oversee end-to-end business operations including supply chain, procurement, production/contract manufacturing, logistics, quality and customer service.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of products while maintaining cost and quality standards.
Establish systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Work closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality standards.
4. Strategy & Organisation Development
Translate the company's vision into actionable business strategies and execution plan
