We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Siemens-based automation solutions. The ideal candidate must have worked extensively with Siemens PLCs, Siemens VFDs, and TIA Portal, and should be capable of independent programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal for machine and process automation.
Configure and integrate Siemens VFDs.
Perform self-programming of control logic, sequences, interlocks, and safety functions without dependency on external vendors.
Develop and modify HMI screens and basic SCADA functionalities where required.
Commission automation systems at site, including I/O checking, drive parameterization, and functional testing.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues on PLC, VFD, sensors, and actuators.




Prepare and maintain technical documentation: functional specifications, I/O lists, wiring references, and program backups.

Must have knowledge and hands on experience on:
S7 200 PLC programming,
S7 1200, Et 200 Sp, S7 1500 PLC programming,
G120 Drive Programming,
Lenze Drive Programming,
Ladder, Structure Text language known for programming,
HMI Developing,
On Site development

Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience
2 to 5 years of full time experience in industrial automation with Siemens PLC & VFD.
