Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Executive – Human Resources to support day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This is a full-time remote position involving coordination, documentation, employee support, and implementation of HR processes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records,



coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting performance management processes, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The role also involves responding to routine employee queries, facilitating communication between employees and management, and supporting basic employee-relations matters under the guidance of the HR leadership team. The candidate will work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to a professional and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in maintaining HR databases, trackers, and reports.
